I’ve always had a fascination with stones, whether they were the simple beach stones I collected on the shores of the Adirondack lakes as a child, or the semi-precious stones I’ve seen in international gem shops over the years. It’s always given me pleasure to hold them and feel their coolness or their warmth on my skin.

A few years ago I walked into a jewelry boutique and saw a very beautiful stone necklace in a glass case. That was the day I became inspired to start making my own jewelry. I now buy the most gorgeous beads and finest silver from around the world. I use only the highest quality products in all my designs. Some of my favorite stones are warm red carnelian, garnet, yellow citrine, blue chalcedony, green agate, amethyst, blue topaz and smoky quartz.

My sense for design was influenced by living in Colombia, South America, where I was exposed to the most exquisite gold and emerald creations imaginable, along with the unforgettable vibrant colors of the Andes Mountains, and the blues and greens of the sea. Those colors now show up in my jewelry.

The nicest compliment I’ve ever received was from a woman who told me that wearing my jewelry makes her feel unique since many of my designs are one of a kind. I strive to create classic pieces of lasting beauty! In my collection I believe there is something for everyone, whether it be a piece to wear everyday or something for those special times when you want a bit of shine and elegance!
