When will I receive my order?

It usually takes between 5-7 business days from the day payment is received to hand craft, package and ship your items. Large orders may take from 7-10 business days to fill. During the holiday shopping season, you may have to wait a few extra days for your items to arrive. If you need an item sooner than what is described above, please email me at linda@diagojewelry.com to inquire as to whether it is possible to put a rush on your order.

What is the cost of shipping?

I ship all items First Class US Mail within the United States and Canada. It generally takes 3-5 days for packages to arrive after they have been shipped. Standard Domestic shipping rates are $3.95 USD (up to $200 USD purchase), or $4.95 USD (over $200 USD purchase). Insurance is included. It is required since it becomes expensive to replace lost or damaged items.

What are your payment options?

The secure shopping cart of Diagojewelry.com is hosted and powered by Paypal.com. Paypal offers easy credit card payment methods for non-Paypal members. All that is required by Paypal (from non Paypal members) during the “checkout” process is the creation of a Paypal user I.D. (usually your e-mail address), a password and your credit card and shipping information.
If for some reason you do not wish to use the Diagojewelry.com integrated Paypal shopping cart, you can e-mail me at linda@diagojewelry.com
in order to set up an alternate method of payment, such as giving me your credit card information over the phone, or sending me a check through the mail.

What metals do you use?

I use only sterling silver or gold-filled components.

Can lengths of necklaces or bracelets be changed?

Yes, I am able to make necklaces in any length you desire. Depending on the additional length needed, there may be an additional charge.
