When will I receive my order?

It usually takes between 5-7 business days from the day payment is received to hand craft, package and ship your items. Large orders may take from 7-10 business days to fill. During the holiday shopping season, you may have to wait a few extra days for your items to arrive. If you need an item sooner than what is described above, please email me at linda@diagojewelry.com to inquire as to whether it is possible to put a rush on your order.

What is the cost of shipping?

All items are shipped First Class US Mail within the United States. It generally takes 3-5 days for packages to arrive after they have been shipped. The Standard Domestic shipping rate in US is $3.95 USD for all items. Insurance is included. Insurance is required since it becomes expensive to replace lost or damaged items. For international orders, please email me regarding the additional cost and method of shipping.

What are my payment options?

The secure shopping cart of Diagojewelry.com is hosted and powered by Paypal. Payment can be made with debit or credit card. Paypal members may also choose to use their Paypal account to make the purchase.

What metals do you use?

I use only sterling silver, pewter or gold-filled components.

Can lengths of necklaces or bracelets be changed?

Yes, I am able to make necklaces in any length you desire. Depending on the additional length needed, there may be an additional charge.

Availability and cost of products.

Many of the products I have in stock are "one-of-the-kind" items. Some may be reordered, but the sale price is subject to change due to fluctuating cost of silver and gold. Prices are in US dollars (USD).
